The project
Logo and brand identity designed for Nouveaux at the James, a new small neighborhood in Virginia that will boast high end, modern homes. They were looking for a logo that will show the quality of their community and bring in perspective property owners and investors. So we worked closely with the team to design their logo to be modern, luxury, flexible and legible. The goal of the logo for Nouveaux at The James was to show prospective buyers the quality of life they can have by building in a prime location in Virginia. The homes in this development will be modern, sleek, and by the famous James river. The development is high end, private, and should portrey a luxury feel while also incorperating the nature of Virginia and the James River water feature. Until to the final logo, we created many variations that will show below on the presentation.
